Are you passionate about supporting students to achieve their full potential as a Teaching Assistant, both emotionally and academically? Are you proactive, energetic and focused on building trusted relationships with young children?

We are looking to recruit a dedicated Learning Support Assistant. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, ideal for individuals with experience supporting primary children with ADHD and Autism.

As a Primary LSA you will:

  • Support students with behavioural and emotional needs inside of the classroom
  • Help them learn through play and support
  • Build strong, trusting relationships and help them regulate and engage with their learning
  • Work closely with teachers, colleagues and therapists to implement effective strategies
  • Provide consistency, care, and a calm presence in challenging moments

We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with primary aged pupils in a role within education or similar sectors
  • A calm, resilient, and empathetic approach to behaviour management
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive team spirit
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students

This position would suit candidates from an education background, but also from a social care, mental health, supported living or other relevant and transferable career paths.
