Supporting pupils' emotional regulation and social development
In SEN settings, this may also include supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, or more complex learning difficulties.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Previous experience working in a primary school setting (mainstream or SEN)
Confidence managing behaviour and supporting pupils with additional needs
Experience delivering interventions in phonics, literacy or numeracy
The ability to build strong, professional relationships with pupils and staff
