Our recruitment procedures and policies align with Safer Recruitment in Education standards to guarantee full compliance with current DfE and REC guidance. Regular audits are conducted to maintain high standards of compliance and regulation.

Speed of Service

We understand that time is of the essence. Once we receive your requirements, we send over suitable candidate CVs within 1 hour and for temporary bookings, we fill positions within 2 hours of your request. For permanent roles , our average time to fill a bookings is 7days.

Our practical interviews are structured to align with your recruitment process. Candidates must demonstrate their skills through tasks such as observing lessons, conducting mock teaching sessions, and completing written assessments.
