NextGen Teachers are currently recruiting passionate and reliable SEN Teaching Assistants to support a range of primary, secondary, and specialist schools across Bradford on a supply basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced SEN TAs or individuals looking to gain further experience in SEND settings. We offer flexible work to suit your availability, whether you are seeking daily supply, short-term placements, or longer-term roles.

The Role

As a Supply SEN Teaching Assistant, you may:

• Support pupils with a range of SEND, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties

• Provide 1:1 and small group support

• Assist in delivering tailored interventions and EHCP targets

• Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation

• Adapt learning materials to meet individual needs

• Work collaboratively with teachers and SENCOs

Every day is different, offering valuable experience across a variety of educational settings.

We Are Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people with SEND

• A patient, adaptable, and resilient approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A genuine passion for inclusion and supporting pupil progress

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
