“NextGen” might be new in terms of the years we’ve been trading but we are proud to be part of Huntress. While we are specialists in our market, we enjoy all the benefits of being part of the wider business and are very much one culture, in fact we share our office with Huntress Leeds, Crawley and London that has built an outstanding reputation in the local area over 25 years!

Our culture and approach to flexible working
Being a new brand means we are not defined by a history and legacy of “how we have always done things!”
Typically, in Education your holidays are dictated by school holidays, that’s not the case with us. In recruitment, a “normal” working day is often set in stone, but at NextGen you will have the chance to start at 6,7,8,9 or 10!
We’ll also look to implement flexibility in working hours to enable our people to pursue their passion and activities outside of work.
One of the most rewarding benefits of working for NextGen is that we take a mature approach to flexible working. Some of our consultants prefer to be in the office full-time while others choose to work 100% remotely. We will always listen to our people and create an environment which works for you and the team.
