Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00am-3:30pm
Start: ASAP
Pay: Minimum £92.60

NextGen Teachers are supporting a range of specialist SEN schools across Bradford who are seeking reliable and adaptable SEN Cover Supervisors to work on a supply basis across primary and secondary settings.

You'll support pupils with a range of needs (PMLD, ASC, ADHD, medical and complex learning needs), delivering pre-set work, managing behaviour, and ensuring a positive and safe learning environment.

What you'll do:

• Supervise classes across primary and secondary age groups
• Deliver pre-planned lessons and maintain classroom engagement
• Support students with complex SEN needs
• Adapt activities to meet individual learning needs
• Work closely with teaching and support staff
• Support with personal care where required

What you need:

• Experience working with SEN (essential)
• Experience in a classroom or similar setting
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Confidence leading a class independently
• Flexible and reliable approach
• DBS (or willing to obtain)
• GCSEs in English & Maths

Desirable: Team Teach, experience across both primary and secondary SEN settings
