About the Role:
- Deliver engaging and creative English lessons across KS3-KS5
- Inspire students to develop confidence in reading, writing and communication
- Adapt teaching to meet SEN, SEMH, Autism and ADHD needs
- Support pupils to achieve GCSE and post-16 outcomes
- Contribute to curriculum development and department improvement
About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching English in secondary education (KS3 / KS4 / KS5)
- Interest or experience in SEN, SEND, SEMH or alternative provision
- Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
- Passion for English and the ability to engage and motivate learners
SEN experience is welcomed but not essential - full training and support provided
