About the Role:

• Deliver engaging and creative English lessons across KS3-KS5
• Inspire students to develop confidence in reading, writing and communication
• Adapt teaching to meet SEN, SEMH, Autism and ADHD needs
• Support pupils to achieve GCSE and post-16 outcomes
• Contribute to curriculum development and department improvement

About You:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching English in secondary education (KS3 / KS4 / KS5)
• Interest or experience in SEN, SEND, SEMH or alternative provision
• Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
• Passion for English and the ability to engage and motivate learners

SEN experience is welcomed but not essential - full training and support provided
