• Hours: Monday to Friday (term time only)

The Role

As a Trainee SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support students with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASD), PMLD, SLD, and complex needs, within a structured and supportive environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Assisting with learning activities, behaviour, and communication
• Helping students build confidence and independence
• Providing personal care where required

The Ideal Candidate

We welcome applicants who are passionate about working with children and supporting additional needs.

You will be:

• Interested in SEN, SEND, or Autism support
• Experienced in care, support work, or working with young people (preferred but not essential)
• Patient, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team
• Willing to learn and develop through training
• A driver with access to a vehicle (essential)
