Are you a Teaching Assistant with strong Maths or English skills looking to make a real difference?

NextGen Teachers are working closely with a highly regarded specialist secondary setting supporting KS3 & KS4 pupils with additional needs, including SEMH, neurodivergence, and speech & language.

The role:

• Support KS3 & KS4 pupils in Maths and English
• Provide behaviour and emotional support
• Work closely with teachers to support progress
• Build positive, consistent relationships

We're looking for:

• Experience as a TA, LSA, Behaviour or Pastoral Support (or similar)
• Confidence with secondary Maths or English curriculum
• A calm, resilient, and proactive approach
