NextGen Teachers are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher / SEND Teacher / Special Needs Teacher to join a well-established specialist school in the Horsham area.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive, well-resourced environment, helping secondary-aged students with autism (ASC) and speech, language and communication needs (SLCN) achieve their full potential.
About the role:
- Teaching across Key Stage 3 and 4 (primarily Year 8 and Year 10)
- Working with students with communication-focused needs (ASC & SLCN)
- Small class sizes with strong Teaching Assistant support
- Delivering creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
- Opportunity to contribute to the development of a growing SEN provision

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) OR Unqualified Teacher with send experience
- Experience or strong interest in SEN / SEND education
- A patient, adaptable and nurturing approach
- A genuine passion for inclusive teaching
