Contract: Full-time, Term-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

Salary: £32,916.00 - 51,048.00 (depending on experience)
NextGen Teachers are seeking a passionate and dedicated teacher to join a fantastic school. The successful candidate will plan, implement, and deliver stimulating and engaging lessons that are appropriately differentiated to meet the needs of all students, fostering a love of learning. You will take responsibility for the progress and development of pupils, providing bespoke learning experiences that enable each child to achieve their individual potential. As a teacher, you will raise standards of pupil achievement, support the holistic development of every child, and uphold national professional standards. A key part of the role is promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people, following school protocols to raise any concerns as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all students.
- Promote a love of learning and inspire pupils to achieve their potential.
- Monitor and support pupils' progress and development.
- Provide tailored learning experiences to help each pupil reach their individual goals.
- Raise standards of achievement and contribute to the holistic development of students.
- Perform the professional duties of a teacher in line with national standards.
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of children, reporting concerns according to school policy.

- A qualified and enthusiastic teacher committed to delivering engaging, differentiated learning experiences that inspire a love of learning.
- Experience planning and implementing lessons that support pupil progress and development, enabling each child to achieve their potential.
- A strong understanding of promoting holistic development and raising standards of pupil achievement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families.
- A professional approach, demonstrating adherence to national teaching standards and the ability to fulfil all teacher duties.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, with the confidence to raise concerns appropriately.
- A proactive, flexible, and supportive attitude, dedicated to fostering an inclusive and positive learning environment.
