NextGen Teachers is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistants to work on a flexible supply basis across a variety of welcoming mainstream primary schools in Bradford.

The Role

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils across the primary age range, working closely with class teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences. Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting pupils in EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
• Providing one-to-one and small group support
• Working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to access learning and achieve their potential
• Supporting children within Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) environments
• Promoting positive behaviour and creating an inclusive learning environment
• Adapting to different schools and classroom settings with confidence and professionalism

We're Looking For

• A recognised Level 3 Childcare or Teaching Assistant qualification
• Previous experience working within a UK primary school or nursery setting
• Experience supporting children with SEN and/or within EYFS is highly desirable
• A positive, flexible and proactive approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
