Salary: £18,500 - £21,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN.
- Work with children with a range of needs, including ASC, ADHD, MLD, global developmental delay, and SEMH.
- Support teachers in delivering inclusive and engaging lessons, adapting resources and interventions where needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and external agencies to achieve the best outcomes for every child.
- Assist with personal care needs where necessary.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Previous experience working with children (school-based or similar settings).
- Knowledge and understanding of a variety of SEN needs.
- A genuine passion for supporting children to succeed.
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
- An understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
- Minimum GCSE grade C/4 in English, Maths, and Science.
- A Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent) - desirable.
