About the Role:

We're seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis across a range of special schools in Leeds. You'll be supporting pupils with additional needs, including autism (ASC), social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH), and complex learning difficulties.

You'll play a vital role in:

• Providing one-to-one and small group support

• Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons

• Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing

• Helping create a nurturing, safe learning environment

About You:

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school or care background welcome)

• A proactive, empathetic, and patient approach

• Team player with strong communication skills

• Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 TA or equivalent) - desirable but not essential

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
