SEN Teaching Assistant - Specialist SEN School (Hammersmith & Fulham)
Full-Time / Temp-to-Perm Contract

NextGen Teachers are working with a specialist SEN school in Hammersmith & Fulham that provides tailored education for pupils with a range of complex needs. The school is seeking a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team, supporting students across KS3 and KS4 with autism, ADHD, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.

This role involves working closely with pupils to support access to learning, emotional regulation, and personal development. The school offers a therapeutic and inclusive environment, with strong staff support and a commitment to professional development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing in-class support across a range of subjects
  • Supporting pupils with emotional regulation and sensory needs
  • Assisting with personalised learning plans and interventions
  • Building strong, trusting relationships with students to promote engagement
