SEN Teaching Assistant - LS1 (Leeds)
Pay: £90-£95 per day (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time | Term-time only | 8:30AM-3:30PM
Start Date: ASAP

NextGen Teachers is working with a specialist school in LS1 supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, and complex learning needs. The school prioritises life skills, independence, and personalised learning in a calm, structured environment.

This is an ideal role for someone with experience in education or care who's confident, adaptable, and ready to make a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

• 1:1 and small group support

• Helping pupils with communication, behaviour, and routines

• Supporting life skills and tailored curriculum activities

• Assisting with personal care when required

• Working closely with teachers and support staff

You'll Need To Be:

• Experienced in supporting children or young people with SEND

• Calm, patient, and flexible in your approach

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
