We're seeking resilient and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a specialist primary school on a temp-to-perm basis.

What You'll Do:

• Support children with neurodivergence, speech & language needs, or trauma backgrounds as a teaching assistant
• Work alongside teachers to help pupils progress and thrive as a TA
• Promote positive behaviour and inclusion in class
• Be a consistent, calm role model for young people

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in education as a Learning support Assistant, TA, pastoral support, care, youth work, mental health, or similar - or transferable life experience
• Strong communication and empathy skills
• Resilient, adaptable, and reliable team players
