SEN Teachers Assistant - Primary School with SEN Provision (Ealing)

Full-Time / Temporary to Permanent

September 2025 (ASAP)

NextGen Teachers are working with a mainstream primary school in Ealing that has a dedicated SEN provision. They are seeking a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including ADD, Learning Difficulties, speech and language difficulties, and social-emotional challenges.

This inclusive school offers a nurturing environment where pupils with SEND are supported through tailored interventions and structured routines. The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers and the SENCo to deliver small group and 1:1 support, helping pupils access the curriculum and develop key life skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting pupils with EHCPs and SEN support plans across EYFS and KS1/KS2.
  • Delivering targeted interventions for communication, literacy, and emotional regulation.
  • Working collaboratively with teaching staff and external professionals.
  • Promoting independence and positive behaviour through consistent routines.
