SEN Teaching Assistant - Specialist SEN School (West London)

NextGen Teachers are currently working with a specialist SEN school in West London that caters to pupils aged 4-19 with complex learning needs, including autism, sensory impairments, and physical disabilities. They are seeking a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team.
The school follows a developmental and therapeutic approach, with personalised learning plans and multi-sensory teaching. Staff work closely with therapists and families to support pupils' communication, independence, and emotional well-being.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting pupils with severe and complex needs in a structured, play-based environment.
- Working alongside therapists and teachers to implement holistic learning plans.
- Promoting emotional well-being and celebrating progress in all forms.
Candidates applying for this role MUST have previous professional experience working in a school with children with Special Educational Needs and must be available as soon as possible in September 2025.
