Teaching Assistant (TA) - 1:1 Support - Primary , Secondary 1-2-1 and SEND / SEMH settings - Croydon

£90-£95 per day | Flexible supply | ASAP Start

We are recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants (TAs) to support pupils on a 1:1 basis across primary schools, secondary schools and specialist SEND provisions in Croydon.

This is a great opportunity for a Teaching Assistant, SEN TA, Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or Classroom Support Assistant who is passionate about making a difference in children's education.

The Role:

• Provide tailored 1:1 support to pupils with additional needs

• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and support staff

• Support children's learning, behaviour and emotional wellbeing

• Adapt learning resources to ensure progress and inclusion

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant / TA / LSA (school, care, social work or mental health background)

• Understanding of SEND / SEMH or a willingness to learn

• Patient, caring and adaptable approach

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
