SEN Teaching Assistant - Supply Opportunities (Bradford)

Location: Bradford and surrounding areas
Contract: Flexible Supply (Day-to-day / Short-term / Long-term)
Pay: £90 - £100 per day (depending on experience)

As a Primary / SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.

• Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) such as Autism (ASC), ADHD, or Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

• Help create a positive, nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

• Assist with classroom management, behaviour support, and learning activities.

• Contribute to pupils' progress, confidence, and wellbeing.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or in a childcare / youth support role is desirable.

• A caring, patient and adaptable approach to supporting children's learning.

• A genuine passion for education and helping pupils achieve their best.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
