Job Title: Mixed Lower Primary Class Teacher

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 (DOE)

About the Role

We are working with a supportive independent school in West Sussex to recruit a Year 2/3 Primary Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming team and make a real difference to a class that needs stability and a caring teacher. You will be leading a lively class of up to 30 learners, supported by a dedicated Teaching Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach and inspire learners in Literacy, Maths, and Science

• Support and guide self-directed learning and independent projects

• Plan outdoor and nature-based outings

• Differentiate teaching in a mixed-age / mixed-stage class

• Facilitate pupil voice and decision-making through class and school meetings
