Primary Teacher
Location: Wakefield - WF5
Contract: Supply Cover - Term Time only
Start date: ASAP
Salary: £160 - £230 per day (dependant on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the delivering of engaging and differentiated lessons.
- Fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment - ensuring all students are valued, safe and motivated to learn.
- Recording the progress of students.
- Strong communication with all staff members, external agencies and families.
- Maintaining a caring and understanding attitude towards all students and staff.
- Strong behaviour management skills.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teaching Status (QTS).
- At least 2 years of teaching experience (School are open to accepting ECTs, however given the length of the contract, they are unable to sign off on your qualification).
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to complete one).
- Having a calm, caring attitude towards children and their learning and development.
- Passion for making a difference.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of safeguarding and the processes involved in this.
