The Role:

As a Specialist Teacher, you will plan, assess and deliver bespoke, specialist education tailored to meet the evolving needs of SEN pupils, including those with complex requirements. You will develop and implement personalised learning to support each pupil's unique needs and abilities. Use innovative teaching methods and resources such as their Hydrotherapy pool to engage and inspire young learners. Collaborate with external agencies and our wider inclusion team to ensure holistic support for pupil's development. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes confidence and growth.

We are looking for a teacher who:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
• Have experience teaching within an SEN school and Secondary ages (desirable)
• Are passionate about supporting children's learning and development
• Can build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents
• Have strong classroom management skills
• Are reliable, professional and enthusiastic
• Are committed to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment
