  • Supporting classroom activities and practical learning.
  • Working closely with teachers and the wider school support team.

The School Is Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has previous experience working with children or young people with SEN, particularly SEMH.
  • Has experience supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH or similar additional needs.
  • Is patient, calm, compassionate and resilient.
  • Has strong communication and behaviour-management skills.
  • Can build positive and trusting relationships with young people.

  • Can adapt their approach to meet individual needs.
  • Works effectively as part of a wider team.
  • Is reliable, professional and enthusiastic.
  • Is passionate about making a genuine difference to the lives of young people.
