NextGen Teachers is a growing Education Recruitment company, founded in April 2024, with a clear vision: to provide high-quality education staff to schools across West Yorkshire, covering Primary, Secondary, and SEN settings.
We are building something special - an education brand that schools trust and candidates choose. To support our growth, we are looking for a highly driven Education Delivery Consultant who wants to grow their own candidate network, deliver exceptional service, and play a key role in establishing NextGen Teachers as the number one recruiter in the local area.
This role is perfect for someone who is creative, forward-thinking, and ambitious, with aspirations to become a top-performing consultant within our wider business group.
The Role - What Your Day Will Look Like
Speaking with candidates daily to understand their experience, preferences, and career goals
Screening and registering candidates for supply, long-term, and permanent opportunities
Supporting Sales Consultants with candidate recruitment across live vacancies
Writing and posting engaging job adverts across platforms such as Indeed, CV-Library, LinkedIn, and more
Arranging interviews for temporary and permanent roles
Identifying vacancy leads through candidate conversations
Providing ongoing support, feedback, and pastoral care to candidates
Supporting CV writing and delivering a smooth onboarding experience
Conducting candidate registration interviews (phone, video, and in person)
Leading candidate induction events for newly registered candidates
Creating candidate mailshots and talent pools
Maintaining regular check-ins with candidates throughout their journey with NextGen Teachers
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or education
Confident, professional communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
Flexible, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset
Strong relationship-building skills
Knowledge of the education sector (desirable but not essential)
