Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only - Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
Age Group: 4-18 years
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £92 - £95 (depending on experience)

NextGen Teachers are looking for patient, supportive and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join a supportive school in Leeds. This rewarding full-time, term-time position offers the opportunity to work with students aged 4-18 years, supporting learners with a range of complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support learners with a range of complex needs in daily learning
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging, differentiated, inclusive lessons
• Provide personal care, including moving and handling where required
• Work flexibly across sites to meet changing learner needs
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
• Follow safeguarding procedures and promote pupil welfare
• Record progress and report concerns to staff and senior leaders

• Experience working with children is essential

• Flexible and adaptable across settings and sites
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
