The Role

• Deliver engaging English Language & Literature lessons across KS3-KS5
• Support students to build confidence in reading, writing and communication
• Adapt teaching to meet a range of needs including SEN, SEMH, Autism and ADHD
• Support pupils towards GCSE and post-16 outcomes
• Contribute to curriculum development and departmental growth

About You

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching English at secondary level (KS3-KS5)
• Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
• A passion for English and the ability to engage and inspire learners
• Interest in SEN / SEMH or alternative provision

Previous SEN experience is welcome but not essential - full training and support will be provided.
