About the Role
NextGen Teachers are currently recruiting for a passionate and creative Supply Art Teacher to work in a welcoming secondary school in Bradford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher who enjoys inspiring young people and supporting students' creativity across Key Stages 3 and 4.

The role will involve delivering engaging Art lessons, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and ensuring students remain motivated and supported in their learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality Art lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Encourage creativity and artistic expression among students
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a safe learning environment
• Assess and monitor student progress where required
• Work collaboratively with the Art department and wider school staff

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching Art at secondary level (KS3/KS4)
• Strong classroom management skills
• A genuine passion for Art and education
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
• The right to work in the UK
• The ability to provide 24 months of professional references
