NextGen Teachers Expands to London

We are pleased to announce the opening of our new London office, marking the next phase of NextGen Teachers’ expansion. This step extends our specialist education recruitment services to schools and educators across the capital.

Led by Charley Alexander, Head of NextGen Teachers and an exceptional recruiter, Maya Simmonds, who combine sector knowledge with a focus on building lasting partnerships with schools and educators. Beyond recruitment, we are committed to supporting the wider education community through workshops, networking events, and collaboration.

At NextGen Teachers, we specialise in connecting educators with teaching opportunities in local community schools and multi-academy trusts. From qualified teachers and teaching assistants to tutors, we supply professionals for both short-term and long-term roles in Primary, Secondary, and SEN schools.

Our mission is to make a lasting difference in the education sector—not only by providing effective recruitment solutions, but by actively supporting the communities we work with. Through networking events, school workshops, and creating opportunities for collaboration among educators, we are committed to adding value beyond recruitment.

The launch of our London office marks another important milestone for NextGen Teachers, following our South East expansion earlier this year. With established teams already operating successfully in West Yorkshire, Sussex and Surrey, we continue to grow our presence while strengthening our expertise in education recruitment.
