Beyond Recruitment: How We Support Schools & Communities

At NextGen Teachers, we believe recruitment is about more than filling vacancies, it’s about building meaningful relationships and supporting the communities we serve. Our team is passionate about being actively involved with schools, charities and partners, making a difference beyond the classroom.
From volunteering at Cannon Hall Farm with the Yorkshire Children’s Charity, to supporting school open days and summer fairs with face painting, we’re proud to play our part in enriching the wider school community. We also host candidate induction events to ensure educators feel supported from the very beginning of their journey with us, and we regularly work in partnership with schools and head teachers to understand their unique needs and challenges.
Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do, whether that’s working closely with SEN schools to provide dedicated Teachers and TAs or building partnerships with organisations such as Supply Register.
Being part of the education sector means being part of the community and at NextGen, we’re committed to doing just that.
