Are you an experienced Primary Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant (LSA), SEN Teaching Assistant or Classroom Assistant looking for flexible work in Redhill?

NextGen Teachers is recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Primary Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming primary schools. Whether you're looking for day-to-day supply, part-time work or a longer-term placement, we'll help you find a role that fits around your availability.

You'll support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, working in the classroom and providing 1:1 support for children with additional learning needs where required.

The Role

• Support teaching and learning across the primary classroom
• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils
• Help children with SEND, Autism (ASC), ADHD or additional learning needs
• Encourage confidence, engagement and positive behaviour
• Work closely with teachers to create a positive learning environment
