NextGen Teachers is recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Primary Teaching Assistants to support a range of welcoming primary schools across East Grinstead and the surrounding areas. Whether you're looking for day-to-day supply, part-time work or a longer-term placement, we'll help you find opportunities that fit around your availability.

You'll support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, working within the classroom and providing 1:1 and small group support for children with additional learning needs where required.

The Role

• Support teaching and learning across the primary classroom
• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils
• Support children with SEND, Autism (ASC), ADHD and additional learning needs
• Encourage confidence, engagement and positive behaviour
• Work closely with teachers to create a positive learning environment
