Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant | Crawley | ASAP Start

NextGen Teachers are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant (TA) / Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a mainstream secondary school in Crawley.

This role involves supporting pupils across the curriculum, including those with SEN, SEND, SEMH, autism and additional needs.

The Role

• Provide in-class support across subjects

• Work 1:1 and with small groups

• Support pupils with SEN, SEND, SEMH and learning difficulties

• Deliver targeted interventions and learning support

• Help build confidence, engagement and progress

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a TA, LSA, Support Worker, Youth Worker or Behaviour Support

• Interest or experience in SEN / SEND / autism / SEMH

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Proactive, reliable and student-focused

• Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to get one

What's on Offer

• £95-£100 per day (DOE)

• Term-time only (Mon-Fri, 8:30 - 4:15pm)
