Location: Kirklees - Huddersfield, Halifax, Wakefield & surrounding areas

Contract: Daily Supply, Long-Term & Full-Time Opportunities
Hours: Monday - Friday, Term-Time
Pay: £90 - £100 per day, depending on experience

NextGen Teachers are recruiting TAs for a range of mainstream and SEND schools across Huddersfield, Halifax, Wakefield and surrounding areas.

Whether you're looking for flexible daily supply, regular long-term work or a full-time position, we can match you with schools that suit your experience, skills and career goals.

The Role

Depending on the school, you could be:

• Supporting pupils 1:1, in small groups or within the classroom
• Helping with English, Maths, Phonics and wider learning
• Supporting pupils with SEND, Autism, SEMH or additional needs
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
• Helping pupils develop confidence, independence and social skills
• Working alongside teachers and the wider school team
• Supporting pupils across EYFS, Primary or Secondary settings

About You

We're looking for TAs who are:

• Caring, patient and enthusiastic
• Confident working with children and young people
• Reliable and adaptable
• Passionate about education and supporting pupils
• Comfortable working across different school environments
• Experienced in mainstream or SEND settings - or looking to build your experience

Requirements

• Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable
• School, SEND, care, youth work or support experience is beneficial
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
• Commitment to safeguarding and pupil welfare
• Suitable references
