Location: Bradford
Contract: We have Full-time, Supply and Temporary to Permanent contracts
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £19,500 - £22,500 (£92.60 - £95.00 a day)

Are you a Teaching Assistant, SEN Teaching Assistant or Early Years Practitioner looking for your next opportunity in Bradford?

We're working with a range of primary, SEN and specialist schools across Bradford, with opportunities available for candidates with different levels of experience.

You could be supporting children within mainstream classrooms, SEN provisions or Early Years settings, helping pupils access learning, develop confidence and enjoy their time at school.

Opportunities Available

Teaching Assistant

• Support pupils with their learning through 1:1 and small-group activities
• Assist teachers with classroom activities and day-to-day learning
• Encourage positive behaviour, confidence and independence

SEN Teaching Assistant

• Support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism, communication needs, learning difficulties and SEMH
• Provide personalised 1:1 and small-group support
• Help pupils develop their communication, independence and social skills

Early Years Practitioner / Teaching Assistant

• Support children within Nursery, Reception and Early Years settings
• Assist with play-based learning and activities linked to the EYFS
• Help children develop their communication, confidence, social skills and independence
• Create a safe, nurturing and engaging environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable
• Experience in education, childcare, SEN, care, youth work or similar settings is welcomed
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Reliable, adaptable and committed to supporting children's development
• Relevant qualifications such as Level 2/3 Childcare, Education or Teaching Assistant qualifications are desirable but not essential for all roles
