NextGen Teachers are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis across specialist SEN schools and secondary schools in Bradford.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced SEN support staff, graduates looking to gain school-based experience, or individuals passionate about supporting young people with additional needs.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties

• Working 1:1 or in small groups to support learning, behaviour, and emotional regulation

• Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons

• Creating a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment

• Adapting support to meet individual student needs across a variety of settings

We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school-based or transferable experience welcomed)

• A calm, patient, and proactive approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• The ability to adapt quickly in different school environments

• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
