The Role

As a Supply Teacher with NextGen Teachers, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across SEN, Primary, or Secondary levels
• Ensure a safe, positive, and effective learning environment
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Provide constructive feedback to staff and students
• Step into a range of teaching situations and subjects, offering flexibility and variety in your day-to-day work

Whether you're covering for a few days or a few weeks, you will play an essential role in keeping students engaged and learning.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Previous experience in SEN, Primary, or Secondary teaching
• Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom settings and age groups
• Strong behaviour management skills and classroom presence
• A positive, proactive attitude and ability to engage students
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• DBS check or willingness to apply for one
• Eligibility to work in the UK
