Supply HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant)

Location: Leeds & Bradford
Contract: Flexible supply (full-time & part-time, term time only)
Hours: 8:30am to 3:30pm (may vary)
Pay: From £110 per day
Start date: Immediate

NextGen Teachers are recruiting experienced and adaptable HLTAs to support a range of Primary, Secondary, and SEN schools across Leeds and Bradford. We offer flexible opportunities, from day-to-day supply to long-term placements which are ideal for those who enjoy variety and making an impact.

The role:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons (PPA cover)
• Support pupils across a range of settings
• Adapt learning for SEN and EAL needs
• Provide academic, behavioural, and pastoral support
• Build positive relationships quickly

You'll need:

• HLTA status or equivalent experience
• School-based experience
• Confidence leading whole-class learning
• A flexible, proactive approach
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
