Location: BD16
Contract: Term-time only, Monday to Friday (8:30am-4:00pm)
Start: ASAP (temporary initially, with the potential to move to permanent based on positive feedback)
NextGen Teachers is seeking a passionate and committed SEN Teacher to join a welcoming school in BD16. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' learning and development while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
As the SEN Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to the needs of SEN students
Support students' academic, social, and emotional development
Work closely with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to support learning
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Holds QTS and has experience teaching in SEN settings
Is patient, adaptable, and committed to supporting students with additional needs
Works effectively both independently and as part of a team
Communicates clearly and maintains excellent organisation and record-keeping
