The Role:

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, maintaining a positive learning environment, and supporting pupils' progress across a variety of primary settings.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across KS1 and KS2
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
• Supporting pupils' learning, development, and wellbeing
• Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Adapting teaching approaches to meet the needs of different learners
• Providing feedback to schools following placements

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting
• Strong classroom management skills
• Passionate about supporting children's learning and development
• Adaptable, reliable, and confident working in different school environments
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
