About the Role
NextGen Teachers are currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to work across a range of welcoming and supportive schools in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers seeking flexible work, whether you are looking for day-to-day cover, short-term placements, or longer-term roles.

We are looking for teachers with solid experience across both Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2), who can confidently step into classrooms and deliver engaging lessons while maintaining a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lessons across KS1 and KS2 in line with the national curriculum
• Adapt quickly to different school environments and classroom settings
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
• Provide a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Mark and assess pupils' work where required
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and school leadership

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in both KS1 and KS2
• Strong classroom management skills
• Flexible, reliable, and professional approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The right to work in the UK
• The ability to provide 24 months of professional references
