Exam Invigilator
Exam Invigilator required - Redhill
Duration - 3rd February - 13th February
Hourly rate £14.00 (inclusive of Holiday)
Morning and afternoon sessions available Monday to Friday - 8am - 11.30 / 12am OR 12.30pm - 3.30 /4pm
We are looking for exam invigilators to support one of our local secondary schools across a variety of sessions during mock exam period.
This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for work in an educational setting. Full training will be provide by the school in a session on Monday 3rd February 9am - 11 am (paid)
Duties include:
- Collect and prepare exam materials in line with school procedures
- Verify candidate identities and ensure correct seating arrangements
- Distribute exam papers and necessary materials
- Monitor candidates to prevent malpractice and maintain order
- Assist candidates with permitted queries in a calm and professional manner
- Supervise comfort breaks under exam conditions
- Manage exam timings and provide time reminders
- Collect answer scripts and exam materials in an organised manner
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS check required (or the willingness to get one)
- References covering at least 24 months
- Safeguarding level 2 (training provided if not currently held)
- Right to work in the UK
- Previous experience in an educational setting is advantageous but not essential
