SEN Teaching Assistant - Leeds

• Full-time, Term-time only, Temp to perm
• Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00am-3:30pm
• Start: ASAP
• Pay: From £92.60/day

NextGen Teachers are supporting a welcoming Leeds primary school seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant.

You'll support pupils with a range of needs (PMLD, ASC, ADHD, medical and complex learning needs), working 1:1 and in small groups to boost learning, confidence, and wellbeing.

What you'll do:

• Support students with complex SEN needs
• Adapt learning and assist with lesson delivery
• Work closely with teachers and support staff
• Support with personal care where needed

What you need:

• Experience with SEN (essential)
• Passion for supporting children
• Strong communication skills
• DBS (or willing to obtain)
• GCSEs in English, Maths & Science

Desirable: Level 3 TA qualification, Team Teach
