Supply SEN Teaching Assistant -Bradford

Location: Bradford (SEN and mainstream schools)
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, term-time only
Pay: £90-£95 per day (paid weekly)
Start date: Immediate

We are working with schools across Bradford looking for Supply SEN Teaching Assistants. This role is ideal if you want flexible work, variety, and the freedom to choose when and where you work.

About the role

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of SEN needs

  • Support pupils with ASD, ADHD, PMLD, complex needs, and SEMH

  • Assist with communication, sensory activities, behaviour strategies, and daily routines

  • Support emotional regulation and engagement in learning

  • Provide personal care where required (training provided)

  • Work alongside teachers and support staff in different school settings

What we're looking for

  • Experience supporting children or young people with SEND (school, care, residential, youth work, or similar)

  • Patient, reliable, proactive, and adaptable approach

  • Comfortable providing personal care when required

  • DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply

  • Ability to work flexibly across Leeds and Bradford
