NextGen Teachers are recruiting Supply Teachers to work across Crawley and the surrounding areas, including Horsham, East Grinstead, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill and Redhill.

Whether you're an experienced Teacher, an ECT looking to develop your classroom experience or an educator seeking greater flexibility, we have opportunities to suit a range of teaching backgrounds and preferences.

We work with a variety of schools, including mainstream primary and secondary settings, as well as specialist SEND and SEMH provisions.

The Role

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects and age groups, depending on your experience.

• Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs and abilities of different pupils.

• Maintain a positive, structured and supportive classroom environment.

• Follow lesson plans and ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher.

• Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff.

• Take on flexible day-to-day, short-term or longer-term placements based on your availability and preferences.
