NextGen Teachers are recruiting on behalf of a secondary school in Harrow with a well-established SEN department. The school is looking for a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to support various students aged 11-18 with a range of needs including ADD, ADHD, and complex Behavioural needs.

The role involves working across subject areas to help students access learning, manage transitions, and build confidence. The school values inclusive practice and offers excellent support and mentoring for staff working in SEN roles.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing in-class support across core subjects and vocational pathways.
• Supporting students with emotional regulation and social interaction.
• Assisting with differentiated learning and access arrangements.
• Building strong relationships with students and promoting engagement.
