Geography Teacher

Location: Leeds
Contract: Full-time (Monday-Friday 8:00-3:30), term time only.
Start date: ASAP
Salary: £32,900 - £51,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality Geography lessons across a range of ages and abilities.
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with additional needs.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning, curiosity, and wellbeing.
• Monitor and support student progress, ensuring every learner can achieve their full potential.
  
  

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
• Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Brings enthusiasm, dedication, and a genuine passion for Geography.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understands safeguarding responsibilities.
• Holds (or is willing to apply for) an enhanced DBS.
