Location: Leeds
Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only - Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
Age Group: 11-17 years
Start Date: September
Salary: £19500 - £21500 per annum (depending on experience)

Are you a confident secondary SEN Teaching Assistant? We're recruiting for a specialist school where you will be supporting 11-17 year olds with needs such as Autism, ADHD and Down Syndrome. This is a really supportive school where you will be working in classes that have around 7-10 pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to learners with a wide range of complex needs throughout their daily learning.
• Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging, inclusive, and differentiated learning experiences.
• Adapt flexibly to work across different sites in response to the changing needs of learners.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment that supports learning and wellbeing.
• Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures, ensuring the safety and welfare of all pupils.
• Monitor learner progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate any concerns to teaching staff and senior leaders.
