Location: WF7
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:45am-3:35pm | Term Time Only
Salary: £19,000-£20,000 per year

NextGen Teachers are looking for a caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive specialist school in WF7. You'll work with pupils who have Autism (ASD) and complex needs (PMLD), helping them develop communication, independence, and social skills through structured, engaging activities. You'll create a calm, nurturing learning environment where every pupil can thrive.

Requirements:

* Experience supporting children or young people with SEND, ASD, or complex needs in a school or care setting
* Comfortable providing personal care
* Patient, adaptable, and reliable
* Genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
* DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain quickly)
* Able to start immediately
